Closed-door session with a Centurion cardholder.

    III

    V

    The Arrival

    From the moment you land,
    everything is handled.

Concierge waiting at the aerobridge. VIP fast-track immigration, expedited customs. A private sedan to your hotel.

No queues. No waiting. Just a seamless transition from runway to your room.

    * Hotel accommodation is not included. Visa fees, additional family members, and airport detours are excluded from the service.

    The Workshop

    The kind of knowledge
    that doesn't exist online.

An American Express Centurion card on a leather folio beside a whisky glass in a dimly lit Hanoi workshop

    Redemption Playbooks

Real redemptions we've actually made. How 50,000 points became a $3,000-a-night suite, the transfer partner nobody talks about, the booking windows that unlock inventory others never see.

    The Centurion Perspective

A private, unfiltered conversation with a 5+ year American Express Centurion cardholder. How he's extracted outsized value from the world's most exclusive card, the perks that actually matter, and the ones that don't.

    The Board

    Everyone brings one redemption
    they couldn't crack.

A dark glass wall covered in handwritten redemption routes, award chart notes, and premium cabin priorities under a brass pendant

Before you arrive, you submit one redemption you couldn't crack. The route that never opens. The transfer you can't justify.

On the night, a few of those problems go up.
    The room solves them.

At least one gets booked. Live. In the room.

Submissions open once your seat is confirmed · Deadline 5 September 2026

    The Dinner

"This is the room where the real game is discussed."

A private Hanoi dining room, dark timber, rattan chairs, aged brass sconces, lacquer-red accent wall

An evening that lingers long after you leave.

An intimate, curated dinner at a secret Hanoi location. Extraordinary food. An intimate room. No stage, no microphone. Just the kind of evening you can't plan, only experience.

The where and the what stays between us and those who show up.

    The After Party

The night doesn't end at the door.

A hidden Old Quarter cocktail bar. Dark timber, low light, a bartender who knows what to do. We stay as long as the conversation is worth staying for.

The best redemption at Points Syndicate Bangkok wasn't a flight or a hotel. It was the people. Every time I told someone I was heading to Points Syndicate, they thought I'd joined an exclusive travel mob. They weren't entirely wrong. The only thing being smuggled was points knowledge. Huge thanks to Dhimant and Aadil for putting together such a fantastic event. I came back with great conversations, a few new travel hacks, and connections I'm still in touch with today.

Points Syndicate was an eye opener for a self-assumed card expert like me. Not only did I enhance my knowledge multifold, but I also got to join this community for life. And the experience itself was not something I could have imagined. Top notch treatment, especially for a Michelin virgin like me.
