1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by The Great Indian Points & Miles Show, operated by Flight Mode Labs LLP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Offered

We provide the following services:

• Travel Advisory & Consulting Services: Personalized travel consulting including guidance on points and miles optimization, airline and hotel redemptions, itinerary planning, and related concierge services.
• Event Services: Access to premium experiences, curated events, and community meetups related to travel and loyalty programs.

3. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made in advance. We accept payments through our secure payment gateway. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are detailed in our separate Refund Policy document. Please review the Refund Policy for complete terms regarding cancellations and refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our consulting services, including but not limited to specific savings, rewards, or travel benefits. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of The Great Indian Points & Miles Show. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Sovereign Membership

Sovereign membership is ₹5,00,000 + GST per year, billed as two fees: an Engagement & Strategy Fee of ₹2,00,000 + GST and an Annual Membership Fee of ₹3,00,000 + GST. Both fees are non-refundable. Membership begins 24 hours after the Annual Membership Fee is received and runs for 365 days. Membership does not renew automatically; renewal is at the full annual fee of ₹5,00,000 + GST, billed as the same two fees.
